Artisat is linked to an International Payment Gateway that uses some of the most up to date security software. For this reason it is highly unlikely that any information that you transmit to us will be misappropriated.

Our payment gateway provider, who is linked to one of the largest banks in the world, uses Secure Socket Technology (SSL) to encrypt your information and make sure that only you and Artisat see it.

These security measures have been implemented to ensure that to the best of our ability the interests of Artisat and our customers are protected. Our security measures may however create problems with some Web-browsers and firewalls that do not permit secure connections. If your Web-browser will not permit a secure connection to complete your transaction, you can use a standard server connection, however this method is not guaranteed to be secure.

To see if your browser is in a secure mode check that a "lock" or "key" icon is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the browser window. You can also check by looking at the URL bar on top of your browser. If a secure connection has been established this bar will typically read "https" rather than the normal "http". When "http" is indicated the connection is not secure.
