Searching
and browsing - You can either browse our art pieces by medium
i.e. watercolour, oil & acrylic, chalk & pastel etc..Just
click on one of the selection at the top navigation bar. Alternatively,
you can do a search by clicking on "Looking for an art piece"
at the left navigation. You will come to a page that asks you a
series of questions. Answer them according to your preference and
click on "Find me the art piece" at the bottom of the
page. If your preference matches that in our database, those art
pieces will be displayed accordingly.
Register
as a customer - To buy an art piece in Artisat.com, you need
to register as a customer. Click on "Register" at the
front page or "Log-In" at the top navigation bar where
you will come to a page that prompts you to enter your username
and password. If you are new to the site, click on register to continue.
Once registered, you can begin shopping!
Add
art pieces to portfolio - Artisat.com allows registered customers
to add those art pieces that they are interested into their own
portfolio. Once added, these art pieces will remain there until
you remove it or its been sold. Whenever you log into the site,
you can view your portfolio stored.
Purchase an art piece - Once you have decided to purchase
an art piece, just tick "I want to buy" on the pieces in
your portfolio and click on the "Buy Now" button. You will
come to a page that lists down your purchase details i.e. billing
information, shipping information and the art pieces that you have
selected to buy. You can edit the billing and shipping address here.
Click on "confirm" once you have keyed in everything. You
will be brought to the confirmation page that lists what you have
keyed in previously for you to check through. If everything is fine,
click on "Payment Details" and you will arrived to a secured
page where you need to enter your credit card details. Once this is
done, you will come to either an "Approved" page or "Not
Approved" page. "Approved" means that your transaction
has gone through and the bank has approved based on your credit card
submitted. Otherwise, a "Not Approved" transaction means
that your credit card was not approved by our bank. You will need
to contact us to arrange for another form of payment.
Shipment of art piece - Once the transaction is approved,
you will be sent an email on your order confirmation. In the email,
you will be given an airway bill number on the shipment of your art
piece. You can use this number to track the journey of your shipment.
