On-line Credit Card Transaction

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa and EuroCard. You can safely enter your entire credit card details via our International Payment Gateways secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Your Information is Well Protected.

Artisat does not keep your credit card information on file or in a database that is directly accessible from the Internet. Once you have entered your details they are encrypted and sent direct to the banks for verification and authorisation. As a merchant we do not keep your credit card details. Our International Payment Gateway Provider, who is aligned with one of the world's largest banks adopts a security system that has over 150 checkpoints that regulate each credit card transaction, greatly minimising the possibility of fraud.

Special Transaction Arrangements

Items that are of a particularly high value or that are rare or of special interest will be subject to Special Transaction Arrangements. This will be clearly identified at the check out section, where you will be requested to submit certain details in order for us to facilitate the transaction and organise shipping.

If you are at all concerned about using credit card transactions Special Transaction arrangements can be made by one of the following methods.

1. Telegraphic Transfer of Funds.
2. Payment by Bankers Draft.

For both of the above methods the transaction will only be considered effective upon the funds being deposited into our account. Receipt of funds will trigger the shipping procedure and our standard delivery terms will apply form such point of time onwards.

Personal Cheques and Cash will NOT be accepted.
